What is a first registration? Well, you may have your property deed but that deed may not be registered with the Land Registry. In order for your property to be registered, a first registration application form (FR1) must be submitted. With that application, a Land Registry compliant plan is required; that is where we come in.
We take your old title plan/deed, scan it into CAD (computer aided design) software, combine them with various map overlays and produce a plan ready for use with the first registration FR1 application form.
However, whilst FR1’s are our bread and butter, we can also happily produce all types of Land Registry compliant plans for use with transfer and lease applications.
