Here at Footprint we specialise in ‘first registration’ (FR1) application plans. However, that’s not to say we can’t help you with other forms of Land Registry compliant plans too, including those for TP1 and AP1 applications. Here is a list of some of the services we offer:
- First registration plans – for inclusion with FR1 application.
- Lease plans – for inclusion with AP1 applications.
- Land transfer plans – for inclusion with transfer of part TP1 application.
- Digitising – for example taking an old architectural plan and creating a CAD drawing from this.
What we need from you!
First Registration Application Plans (FR1).
- A copy of your deed plan.
- Full address with postcode.
Lease plans (AP1).
- A copy of your deed plan.
- Full address with postcode.
- Existing plans in some format.
- Marked plans showing the extent of the new lease.
- Copy of old lease plan if in existence.
Old lease plan from client. New Land Registry compliant lease plan.
Land transfer application plans (TP1).
- A copy of your deed plan.
- Full address with postcode.
- Marked plan showing land to be transferred – including any relevant dimensions (we can provide a map/plan of your property for you to mark-up once payment has been received).

Digitising.
- Simply send us a copy of your old plans and we will convert them into CAD ready for your use. We can then provide you either a .dwg (CAD) or .pdf file (or both).
